Well ive been thinking of ideas for a little bit now on how to kick-start my bank account, and i came across the idea of buying a house split into 2 rent-able floors. Since I am only 21 and Living at home I could afford to rent both floors out. Is this a smart idea and does anybody have any tips on how i could possibly make this a profitable income in the future?
