My name is Kasia and I am 32 years old and work as a scientist in a pharma company. I am a immunohistochemistry scientist. I am a mom of 2 and pretty much have my ducks in a row. I like my job and have a nice house and family. But I started thinking of now what? I came across TMF while reading a few books on soft skills in the workplace and while reading Jon Somez book he mentioned TMF. It really made me think totally differently about businesses. My father has his own construction business and growing up I hated how much time he had to put it in. He never built any meaning full relationships with his kids and all his energy went into the business. So I always wanted a corporate 9-5 job. And I got just that! I knew I wouldn’t make as much money as my dad and that there would be a salary cap eventually, but I didn’t relized that I would achieve my goals so fast. I guess my dreams were not big enough. Or in reality I didn’t really have big enough goals (other then finish college, get a good job, have a family and a nice house). Me and my husband bought a small rancher and while both working full time and me being pregnant with our second baby we added a second story to the house and renovated it from top to bottom. I wouldn’t say it was easy but we made it. And now that’s it’s all done I still want more. Just don’t know what that means yet. I want to create some passive income on the side and learn a few new tricks while doing it. So I’m here to learn and listen.
