Hi everyone,

My name is Marcus, and I'm a 28-year-old manufacturing engineer from Sweden. By societal standards, I have a good salary for my age, and things are going well for me within the company i work for. I consistently invest 10% of my salary into stocks and funds, aiming to grow my wealth over time, or atleast that's what i thought

I recently read The Fastlane Millionaire, which has given me a new perspective on wealth and financial independence. In my early years of earning, I realized that I was living on the "sidewalk," spending paycheck to paycheck. After a few years of this, I got tired of the cycle and started learning about stocks, believing it was the way to become wealthy. So what can i say, when readnig the book i felt you descrbing me over and over again.

However, after reading the book, I've gained a different outlook. My plan now is to continue my journey by reading Unscripted which im on right now and escpae the rat race once im done with unspcrited. I have also been reading some on the forum and found Fox posts about web development interesting. I think this could be a way for me to start my journey, since i did some web develpment in my teens and have some basic progamming skill. With that being said I will need to relearn alot, so im going to start with codcademy lessons for HTML and CSS and then do the udemy course recommended in one of his posts. It's just a few days ago that i discovered the book and this is my plan for now, I will figure more out on the way.

And also, thanks MJ for an awesome book. I can only assume the rest of them are as valueble and insightfull as the first one i read.
