Hey guys.
I'm Gio from New Jersey. I'm 32, unemployed, I live with my parents, am broke, and have no entrepreneurial experience.
I'm currently learning about copywriting via videos, online articles, and creating a swipe file via Pinterest.
I'm not sure I want to be or can become a good copywriter. It's just something that I've been looking into lately in the hopes of achieving a location independent income so that I could travel and still earn, even if it's only 20k a year.
Normally, I don't have a hustling bone in my body but I'm looking to build some forward momentum in my life. My dream, goal, obsession, has always been to be able to work from home or from wherever I choose to be, and to make my own hours.
I've done pretty much nothing towards achieving this goal except half assed attempts at lofty pipe dreams like fantasy fiction writing. I've awoken out of my inactive daydreamer stupor and decided to get more pragmatic, hence copywriting: it's in demand, and you don't have to spend a decade before you can earn an income.
However, I'm not sure what I'm best suited for genetically or what the best path for me is. I am open to any suggestions and recommendations. I hope to contribute highly to this forum in the future assuming I can get my financial shit together.
