Infusionsoft is now Keap

Whenever I heard "Infusionsoft" I thought of expensive and complicated - and I've never used it!

I don't know who coined the phrase "Confusionsoft", but I did keep hearing it.

Anyway, I don't know when they did it but they've rebranded to Keap, and Infusionsoft is their top-tier product.

Seems smart?

Anyone used Infusionsoft or Keap?

Yes I do since 2016. Actually it's my biggest client but I manage everything for them. IIRC they made the rebranding to keap a few months ago.

Infusionsoft's campaign automation is very good. We use IS to sell the client's online subscriptions and automate their campaigns. But their CRM sucks big time. The contact record screens are way too complex for non technical users and there are some logical flaws. Their API is very good though. Very easy integrating Infusionsoft with any other system.

I have also evaluated hubspot briefly and I "think" they are more user friendly than Infusionsoft.

I demoed Keap last month. Had huge issues even getting into the trial where the sales team literally told me they couldn't help me get setup and emailing their tech support team warranted no response over the course of a week.

When it comes the literal backbone of my business poor support and service is a deal breaker. I did keep trying as they had many glowing reviews from other agency owners and after many emails and calls managed to get a trial. Still wasn't impressed and ended up going with Active Campaign as the pricelist and functionality kicked them in the teeth for my needs.
