...Of approaching a gov official to make him a deal. I have corresponded with him before and my plan is to enlist his help to know how to deal with laws and etc(he works in industry&commerce bureau so it'll be right up his alley). Totally legal, and I'll pay him for the advice. Any idea how I should present this offer so he doesn't feel like it's a bribe? Thanks!
