I'm finding it difficult to Grow My Customer Base For My Startup

I'm Freedom and I do have a website business where I connect Nurse to Patients that are with their locality.

This website have been running for like 2 months now and I have been getting Nurses to register and partner with my business all over Nigeria.

And that's a good sign right that business idea is been bought by the Nurses, but my main challenge is that I'm not getting patients to register and book appointments fast enough to meet the demand of the Nurses that are login each day.

Something I don't understand is that I am able to get patients to connect with Nurses offline, which is very slow and it's not able to meet the Demand of the Nurses in various locations within Nigeria but only around me.

I want your help guys, I have taught of various method to execute and where to find quality information and help, and that's why I am here in the forum of fastlaners, help me get my business idea, to run the fastlane race.

Why should patients use your website as opposed to any other way of getting to a nurse?

You have to make it more convenient for them to access your website.

Find out why they would rather book in person
- are they old and bad with tech?
- do they have limited data?
- do they see it as a scam?

Find out why and then solve the problem.
