Hi guys, first post.
My mindset has always been "I'll figure it out." I moved to Vietnam 5 months ago, and after I bought the plane ticket and told people I was going, they all had the same type of questions;
"What are you going to eat?"
"How will you talk to people?"
"What if you lose your passport?"
"How will you make money?"
"What if x doesn't work?"
"What if this, what if that?"
My answer is always; "I'll figure it out."
Most problems are so easy to solve it's laughable. But 'slowlaners' view any problem as an insurmountable challenge. I've actually gotten to the point where I enjoy challenges, especially in business. I know I can solve them, given enough time. And I know that I'll make more money because of those challenges, because of other people quitting.
When I have doubts about things working out, eventually I realize that even if the 'worst case scenario' comes to be(it never does), I'll be fine. I'll figure it out.
Do you think the same way? Or is doubt stronger?
