If I were to own a realty company that purchased real estate for brick and mortar franchises to conduct business on, and I also had a second company that conducted business on the real estate that my realty company owned, would that be considered a monopoly or be illegal? In other words, Business A pays Business B and I own both businesses. Is that monopolization/illegal?
