After years of development we got our new product ready.
We just started selling in the US and all is good.
Now we want to go global with our product. The idea is to focus on finding suitable distributors in every country/area instead of taking care of fulfilling orders.
The question is: Where do we find someone that can advice us on strategy, structure and negotiation of international distribution deals?
