I’ve been working in online marketing for over 6 years, with a strong focus on Google Ads. I’m currently running my own small agency and it’s going well . I’m making a living from it, and clients stick around because I deliver results. I work on monthly retainers and handle all campaigns myself.
Now I want to scale and that’s where I’m stuck.
So far, all my clients have come through personal connections and referrals. But my network has its limits, and I’m ready to work with bigger, more serious businesses companies that understand the value of paid traffic and are willing to invest in it.

- I used to try multiple channels, but now I want to focus 100% on LinkedIn to generate leads.
- I don’t have a system that consistently brings in clients — no “growth lever” I can just pull.
- Running Google Ads to get clients is very competitive here in the Netherlands. Keywords like “Google Ads specialist” are saturated and expensive.
