I have an online platform that's taking root and getting some attention from people who I'd rather not deal with directly.
Currently its managed by a few VAs and I come in to deal with the sellers from time to time. The platform uses Stripe to take payments and the merchants get paid through their preferred method, which is usually ACH monthly.
Some smaller guys want to get in on it, but the economics don't make sense if they get the same treatment (IE, my time and VAs processing their accounts). The plan is to setup a lower tier backend for them, where they can manage their products.
I'm looking into how places like Amazon and Shopify do it, but also wanted to get some feedback doing it as a smaller shop.
(I'm not well versed in ecomm + being a middle-man, but I found something that works, so I'm just making it up as I go)
