I've been discussing my goals with my parents, friends etc. and they keep asking me how I can 'evidence' my ideas will make money. I honestly don't know. I'm looking to build a fitness website. Excuse the list, but if you could recommend how I go about answering the following type of questions I'd really appreciate it.:
Thanks a lot
- How many people are searching for related terms, e.g. workout plans (Tried google insights but there are no numbers, just trends)
- How many visitors does the average site need to make one sale.
- What kind of money do you make from affiliate sales e.g. someone goes from my site to protein.com to buy 100 dollars worth of protein.
- How many visitors do you need for advertisers to be interested in your page.
- How do you tell how many visitors a rival site gets.
- How do the number of visits fall the lower you rank on google (i.e. 75% click first link, 20 Click the second etc.)
- Any other figures I should be looking into?
Thanks a lot
