I work a demanding job that eats up 50–60 hours a week. After that, I try to focus on building my business — but most days, I’m exhausted. I usually get about 2–3 hours of free time on weekdays, and Sundays are my only full day off. Maybe I’ll get a Saturday once in a while.
I want to stay consistent and make real progress, but I often lose focus, feel burned out, or just hit a wall mentally. For those who’ve been here — working full time while building your own thing — how did you manage your time, energy, and mindset?
Any advice or strategies that helped you stay locked in and moving forward would mean a lot.
