It's easy.
Easy because if you know the process well, then you can do it by yourself easily. These links are very harmful to the website. Below is just a little idea of how harmful they are!
I posted an article on my website about six months ago. It indexed very well and I was getting some good amount of traffic from search engine. But suddenly last month, I noticed that I was not getting as many traffic from that article. It even dropped to about 1200+ to 80+ which was really frustrating for me. Then I started doing a lot of research on that post.
Later on, I realized where my article was in the number four position in search engine and after that, the article went into position number 30. This is the actual reason for dropping the traffic. Then I tried to point out exactly what causes this rank drop.
One of the things I found in my research:
1. There were three (03) broken links (Third-party links). If I clicked on the link then it showed "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later." I used Geekflare broken link checker to find them. It was easy to find them with that tool.
2. An image doesn't show well.
Then I fixed them with some new sources links. After that, I waited for about a month. Now, the position is number two (02) in the search engine.
