How to begin my Fastlane journey

Hello Fastlane Forum,

My name is Josh - I'm 19 years old living in the north-east of England, finished high school last summer and I am now spending a year to decide what to move onto next (either university or an apprenticeship).

I have just recently finished reading 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' by Robert Kiyosaki, and of course 'The Millionaire Fastlane ', with these 2 books being my first step in my journey of financial education. The ideas discussed in these books have compelled me to further enhance my knowledge of the financial world in the hopes that some day I can be financially successful, but I am finding it difficult to know where to start and what my next steps should be at this moment in time.

I trust that this will find the right audience and hopefully somebody can point me in the right direction for how I should progress in my fastlane journey.

Thank you for replying to my post - its good to see that there are people on here that are willing to help others.

I should probably have mentioned that I am also currently working part-time in my local Waitrose branch and I was wondering how I could use the skills I have acquired there (mainly customer service and people management) to help me with any fastlane pursuits.
