(Also don't forget, Warren Buffet is the Einstein of Investing and even for him it took many decades to become a billionaire purely from the stock market.)

Why does it matter how quickly Bill Gates, Zuck, or Buffett broke the $1B mark?

How does this timeline affect your progress?

Do you have a idea, backed by a realistic plan of action to get to $1B?

Because there is a difference between getting rich while you are young or middle age vs when you are going to die. 10 years is a reasonable time period.20-30 years is not.

Do you have a idea, backed by a realistic plan of action to get to $1B?

If you are asking about the title, it's just a clickbait.

Warren Buffett isn't slowlane at all.

Based on your graph:
  • In 1956, Buffett had $140K. That's $1.3M today.
  • In 1960, Buffett had $1M. That's $8.5M today.
A 30 year old with $8.5M is far from slowlane.

The first six billionaires you mentioned are Fastlane entrepreneurs.

Buffett is a Fastlane investor.

This doesn’t even count the time spent on failed previous ventures or ventures that never got them to the billion mark.

Yes, notwithstanding foreign royalty for you nit pickers, billionaires are always either a producer or heir to someone that was.

Agreed.

Either start a CENTS business or get significant equity in one.

You can get that equity as a founder, advisor, investor, or employee (with stock options).

Warren Buffett was not slowlane. That's the picture he likes to paint. The truth is quite different.
