Yes, but....Personally I think this is bullshit. If you eat junk food you may feel worse, but it has nothing to do with motivation, procrastination, inability to focus, losing interest in business and anxiety.
I had periods when I ate only junk, and believe me, I was working F*cking 24/7 on my business. So this is an excuse. There are billionaires who are fat as pigs – how do you think they do it, by not eating junk?
