So let's say you have a few domain names that you would be open to sell if the price is right. Is there a place where you can list you domain for sale to test the waters?

(I know nothing about this...thanks)

Personally, I find great names on the SitePoint marketplace ... picked-up a few great names for < $100.

Google "Domain Name Auction" and "Domain Name For Sale"

This is a little off topic, but how does one transfer a domain to another owner? Someone told me that certain hosting companies have strict rules about this and that you have to ask for permission.
