I'm aware of all those methods. Yes, they are all good ways. Mindfulness, visualization and different kinds of meditations just work best for me out of all of them. I used to do the rosary bead thing, had a huge collection of prayers, I've read all kinds of books from different religions. Really just depends on what works best for the individual. People used to tease me and it was a big joke, I could be a nun. lol 1986 until 2010 I did a lot of those methods. Eastern stuff just kind of placed me in a new place to grow and develop.

Anybody know any free meditation websites?

Reason is because I'm a little too young for a credit or debit card in my country, so I can't pay online.

I don't think you need a site for that (unless you prefer guided meditations or visualizations)

If you just want to meditate, sit down and see if you can create complete silence and emptiness in your mind.
It's ok if you can't silence your thoughts the first couple of times. The few glimpses of "no mind" will be worth it.

Your local You Tube has channels and channels of all sorts of meditations, visualizations, from American People to Yogi's. You just have to use different keywords and look for them.
