That is something really difficult.
I have one old friend since I was in my teens. He doesn't have the entrepreneurial spirit and so once in a while tells me that my life could be easier if I just get an IT job and do the 40 hours. He doesn't say it because he doesn't want me to succeed or wants me to be happy or jealousness or something.
He just wants my life to be less difficult. So he wants the best for me, although its his projection of what is best for me.
New friends, I pick on ambition and drive. They don't have to be/want to be entrepreneurs, but if they strive to be the best in their field. If that is a doctor, a cleaner or anything else that doesn't matter.
