Hello,
I am new here and this is my first post.
I am currently building a SaaS priced at $100/mo for farmers. It's a risk management and profitability tool. It is a data-heavy application. I know the inside and outs of farming( I grew up around farmlands). But the problem is I am not from the USA but my target market is the USA. I couldn't probably sell my product to my country's people though even if I met them and talked to them because they are not so tech-savvy and willing to spend money.
I am almost done building my product but I keep stumbling upon advice like "talk to your customers first". I know my tool provides value because there are other products in the market that offer way less than what I do but they are doing well. I am a developer so not so hot on marketing and sales.
What would you do if you were me? It's hard for me to even get emails of farmers. I know I am totally missing something here but I don't want to let go of something I have put so much of my time into.
I would appreciate any help. Thanks for your time!
