Depending on what you're planning on doing, there are 2 options.

1. Stripe Atlas.
That's with setting up a corporation and bank account in the US.

2. Transferwise
If you have a business in your home country (that Transferwise is available), it allows you to set up a US account to receive US funds. This one is more of a currency exchange.
To open a business account, the business needs to be set up, have a government id and verifiable.

Have a proper read through those links and see what works for you.

All the best. :)

Stripe Atlas is a terrible solution for non-US persons. They only do corporations which are not a good options for non-US persons taxwise.
