So here's my question, how do you validate a product that is too big to test the waters?
If you are a small business providing b2b services to large businesses, your potential customers have the means to go over your head and beat you to the market. Kevin O'Leary has said this several times on the Shark Tank and that they came too soon.
Currently I am staying hush hush about what I am working on and have only validated it with a few businesses. I've selected the people I talk to and the companies they work for carefully to make sure this won't happen. Even to those companies, I'm not disclosing all of the details. They know what they are getting from the deal, but nothing about the execution about how I am going about executing.
