Even at $851.75 is there anything going on in Saginaw to warrant that purchase? There's a reason it looks like that and sells for nothing.......wouldn't you think? I can't imagine there's any good automotive news 'round those parts these days............must be a long term "hold" purchase

Should be able to get the prop tax lowered a bit, too.

Saginaw is a nice town. About 20 mi from the lake.

I wouldn't want it for $0. Its like the dumps in Bridgeport you can pick up for damn near nothing.

Their is a reason its worth nothing.

Although at least for that price, you can knock the thing down and build a good house.

Well, you never know why she's bought it and what for. She could've had some reasons... But I do agree the sunset there is beautiful.

From the story I heard, she didn't realize after she bought it that she would have to pay the back taxes and "weed" liens. A lot of difference between $1.75 and $851.75 if you don't have it handy.

Pollution probably.

Saginaw River has the highest concentrations of Dioxin ever recorded ... thanks to DOW Chemical. (As in Agent Orange .... and the same crap in Love Canal). The level of Dioxin is 20 times higher then any other level recorded by the EPA. (Of course, DOW chemical says it does not pose any risk to health there).

You could not pay me to live there.
