Hi there, used to read the forums a few years back but slacked off when the market crashed. Kind of got discouraged and stopped trying
But, Im back now
I live in Peoria, AZ and own 2 homes. One is a rental property that brings in a whopping $100 a month profit (guess its better then nothing), other house is where my wife and I live.
Hoping to learn some new things and get some ideas about real estate investing again
