I'm a newcomer to the fastlane. I'm a 21 year old male, unemployed, not working, high-school dropout, have little money, but I live in the great country of the USA where anything is possible with enough determination!
I've had two jobs before, I don't mind the idea of working for someone but still something felt off about the whole concept of working a daily job, and with the way things are it doesn't look very likely for me to get a stable job even if I really wanted one.
I am not a stable person actually, as a matter of fact I am diagnosed with multiple mental illnesses, but just look at all the successful people there are and have been that have them too!
I'm still trying to figure out what I would like to work towards, fastlane-wise or otherhow, but I just am having a hard time. At the -moment- I'm leaning towards trying my hand at some kind of residential real estate... maybe I should hop on it before prices go up too much... Once I reach 5 posts I'm going to create a topic to ask on the residential real estate forum for absolute beginners material for being educated in this field.
Well, now I can say I've taken my first step towards both failures and eventually successes. Thank you for reading. :thankyousign:
