Hi everyone,

I found this forum while I was looking for one about entrepreneurs. I'd like to share ideas with other people and get feedback from them. I'd like too give some feedback. I have been developing my own business from some years ago, and I have good experience in what you don't have to do

All my projects are online business. I have launched many websites, I own about 400 domains and spent lot of nights thinking about some new ideas

With the time, my projects went from simple website with adsense to large communities win-win (more than 10k users), to other business with some synergies with offline companies.

I'm still looking for my big project, and I'm quite sure it will be the next one Because now I have the experience necessary.

As you can see I'm from Madrid, Spain but one thing I learned in previous projects, is to focus your business in US. The market is more interesting there.

Welcome! Have you ever thought that one of your 400 websites/business's now might be the "big one" you need? You're just focusing on too many. Others here at this forum preach that its probably best to only work on one business at a time, that way you have time to devote 100% of your effort and time to it.

I don't have 400 websites/business, I have about 400 domains names, many of them are offline.
Sometimes you buy a domain because it could have potential, or it could be a brand name, or maybe because it like you.

For example, My last project has one principal website, but almost 30 landing pages with their own domain (so, 1 project = 30 domains ).

But I think like you, it is best to focus 100% in only one project. I'm developing new ideas because current projects are stuck hopelessly, or they are small project developed to run 100% automatically.
