Glad to be here.
I was a self employed mortgage broker for 10 years. Did well but needed a life change. Turns out that was a good idea cause all heck broke loose in that industry with-in a year of me getting out. A friend asked me to help out at a jewelry store. Sooooo didn't want to do it but I loved her so I helped. Fast forward 9 years and I was still there, managing for many years and then they put me in the DMT program (district manager in training) Problem, I didn't ask for that. For 20+ years I have worked 10-12 hour days and add to that a 3 hr a day commute. I have 3 childeren, the first two are grown but my youngest son has just turned 14. I promised myself when he was born, I wouldn't miss it like I did the first two, but I was, so I quit! HUGE SMILES
Off and on for the past 10 years I have been "interested" in internet marketing. Unfortunately my schedule owned me. But, no more. I am home and I am committed! And after reading MJ's book, I can totally see why I wasn't getting anywhere.
My husband has been awesome (I can tell he is a little worried. It's not easy losing 6 figures) but he does well also and I got this!
