I am old member. I think the last time I logged in was over 10 years ago. I could kick myself for not sticking with this concept. Now I find myself 50 years old, shoulder deep in debt, very little for retirement and scared to death. Better late than never. I have given myself 6 months to a year to get some debt paid off and come up with a few sources of passive income no matter how small. Anyway, great to be back. Can't wait to dive in to all the forum posts.
