Found this site via RDPD. I am Roger Porter in Omaha, father of soon to be 5, seeking to break out of the rat race. I am glad I pushed myself to finish college, though have been out in the real world for over 10 years. Soaking up as much knowledge as I can, and put together a plan for implementation.

This looks and sounds like a group with high caliber and am eager to learn and participate. My job, which I have built a good little bit myself, is a commercial mortgage banker. Love real estate and have a finance degree/background.
