So me & my girlfriend done some thorough research on a particular niche we're looking to operate in. We even sent around 100 messages to people in this niche. An overwhelming number of people reacted positively, and those who told us they wouldn't buy always said they may know someone who would love it.
As the value skew is mostly found within a website, it's very difficult to create an MVP, as the concept can't operate "bare bones" without compromising the full experience.
Each time I watch my target audience, the more I become confident I can provide value in this area. For some reason, it's very tough to "pull the trigger" on this. My mind constantly asks "is there another industry I should pursue?" , "should I brainstorm more?" or "perhaps people won't actually buy despite giving me positive feedback".
As MJ once said, the fastlane is hard because it doesn't promise a reward for your labour, but you must get started. I pretty much just answered my own question LOL!
I want to know how you guys feel about this. For example, did MJ feel he could offer value in something other than the Limo industry? And how did he get tunnel vision for doing ONE thing well?
