When I was in my late teens/early 20s, I was into some heavy therapy sessions.
After a bit, my therapist asked me: "What do you want more than anything? Let's work on that."
So I thought about it-- for weeks.
And came up with this:
More than anything else, I wanted to be happy.
Much of what I've done in my life has been in the pursuit of happiness; learning about myself and figuring out what makes me happy.
My wife forwarded this to me recently:

There are some really good things here.
