Another real estate investor has offered to guest blog on my site. I see this as a very positive thing, as this woman happens to be a very well known figure in the industry. She also mentioned a possibility of feeding her blog into my site.
My question is, is this a good idea? Again, I see this as a positive - the more quality content, the better, for the audience.
Would love to hear thoughts/input from others with more experience. Are there potential downsides to such an arrangement?
Thanks and Happy New Year!!
