Sorry if I posted this in the incorrect forum....
My wife has a decently successful online personal training/life coaching business and for the last 4 years is stuck and I cannot help her make it grow any further. She is maxed out client wise and time wise so we cant take on more clients. We have played around with price points and we are currently at the most profitable price point.
So now what? She cant take on more clients as she is maxed out in time and increasing price any further results in a loss of number of clients. We tried blogging to boost traffic and hopefully have enough to get income from paid ads or affiliate links and failed miserably.
Trying to figure out how to take the next step when we dont know what the next step is. Want to take this to the FastLane... no ideas here as the whole fitness industry is over saturated with both useful and useless products so we cant think of anything to sell nor do we believe anything would actually even sell to begin with..
How do you grow a service based business when its maxed out? Not talking making an extra couple bucks but truly striving for the freedom aspect of wealth here...
