Hi folks. I have owned and managed a medical equipment repair business for the last seven years. We are now in negotiation with a much larger company to purchase our company. I have no experience in selling a company and hopefully will be able to impose on some of you for help in going through the process.If any of you have any questions I would be grateful to correspond.
