Does anyone know a few good ad marketplaces to find advertisers?

I am not looking for obscure small foreign companies to advertise on my email list. I am looking for companies in the health industry to run a small banner ad in my weekly email blast.

what is the open rate?
what is the click rate in the emails?

I only have a few hundred subs. Just started but i would like to plan and project for the future. I would like to know how much a advertiser would pay to be on a email that is going out to 10k with a 10-15% open rate.

I am looking for a market place type website. Perhaps creating this is a good business idea. lol

I found this but I am not sure if this would help a email list. Most sites on this list require a membership application to be viewed. All appear to be more geared towards blogs.

Figure out what your client wants, and then offer them that.
