Again, Ryan-- that is what makes these forums great.

I could easily tell you which posters on here I'd choose to do business with, based on their responses.

I would not consider going into a business deal w/EastWind if he/she were a "point person", responsible for talking or writing to others. Someone who is more interested in scoring points than fostering community or understanding would, necessarily, be a bad choice-- as they might bogue the deal.

That's not to say that I wouldn't consider him/her at all-- just not in any kind of public framework.

Too risky.

On the other hand, Ryan, you've shown a very upbeat, yet cautious, optimism when working w/others on these forums. I think that's a quality that works very well in business negotiations.

To any reading this post: No, I'm not taking on any business partners right now.

But I always think about this in my day to day interactions w/people.

From a business standpoint, life is just one big job interview.
