Hello everyone. Returning here after some time, but for a reason. After reading all the encouraging stories, I have taken ACTION! Yes, I have created a blog and would like your honest opinion.
Let me give a quick overview and mention a few points that I am aware of about the blog.
1. The blog is in the self-help category, and yes, I know it is crowded, but that is what I am inclined to. (By the way, I believe the domain is really great and it serves the whole idea behind the blog). I am not giving away too much here, you need to read it to get the real feel
2.
3. I am working on updating the posts by adding some bullet points and creating some attention catching bold/highlighted text.
4. I followed the advice to get it out first than making it perfect. However, I did not want to do a crappy job so I did hire a tech guy (although I am one of them) to do all the website design. I think he has done a nice job, but criticism and comments are most welcome. For the articles, I did write them, but not to compromise on quality, I did hire an editor. Hopefully they are of good quality, but if you have any suggestion I am open to ideas.
5. I am also working on an ebook that will be given away as a sign up bonus. I am considering podcast too, but I do not want to jump on too many things. However, podcast might be helpful as it saves from writing which is the most time consuming thing, and I am super stretched for time.
6. Overall reason for this post is to get it out to just TFL community. Based on the response and feedback, modify as necessary, and then promote it.
7. I have not added anything to monetize and until I get a good response and readership, I do not intend to do so. I have put ‘Coaching’ section just for the test. I may take it out for the time being.
Please provide your overall feedback and what needs to be done to improve it. Most importantly -
a. Would you like to subscribe to the email list?
b. Would you recommend this blog to your friends/family?
c. What topics would you like to read there?
