I just picked up the Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. Been reading a few chapters here and there and I must say that it is interesting. Just wondering if anyone else has read the book.
The book is very random in its subject matter, but I'm finding it interesting because I think there's a chapter for everyone. There's a chapter that tells you how to increase your bat speed and ball distance by 35%. I need to test this out for next season.
Other chapters talk about how to reduce your 40 yard dash time. how to lose 2% body fat in 2 weeks, etc...
