I have a bit of a dilema.

I just started another ecommerce website after my first ones mild success, and I need someone who is good in photoshop.

I am willing to contract the work out but if its anymore than a couple hundred dollars I wouldn't be able to launch right now.

SO the qjuestion is this: Where do you find partners or freelance photoshoppers? What types of things should I look for on these websites nad what should I be careful of?
