Hi im in the process of making my products plan, i was just wondering before i get started the one question i have is how i should verify my products market capacity.

Do i use search terms on google ads tool to find out how many people are searching my product?

ive already seen a small part of my markets need for my product, bad reviews on similar products.

is the entire fitness inustry included?

thanks for the help in advance. any advice for my beginner self would be greatly accepted.
