FHA Loan Requirements

Hello there everyone

I recently was re-going over FHA loan requirements

While going over it again, for some reason I can't help feel like I read before that to be eligible for an FHA loan you must have paid off 1 successful loan whether that be for auto or something else

For those with experience in FHA loans, is this a requirement? I can't figure out where I got that info either, i just know that has been in the back of my brain for awhile
