Feedback: Freemium platform for customer experience testing

Would really appreciate any feedback or suggestions on a new Freemium user experience testing platform we have just launched www . userlytics . com, which is going through a "Friends & Family" suggestions phase.

How and where do you get the users that test? Are they compensated, they can win some prize, are on the staff, get them on fiverr, or do you get people to register (at which point they state an industry preference) with a promise to pay a fixed amount per test to a person (from your subscriber revenues of course)?

Could get pricey for the free accounts, unless you have your staff do it on the side for those accounts and sell, sell, sell the upgrade hard from hour one

Love how you engineered the tests that related to big brands for social proof.

In terms of recruitment, we do not include it as part of the Free plan, but we do generate an invitation link that customers can post on their forums, webpages, send to databases, etc.

We also have a possibility to generate a link that is compatible with 3rd party panel providers.

We do offer recruitment, both our own panel and through custom recruiting, for On-Off and Custom Projects.
