Fastest way to set up ecommerce store (for validation)

Hi,

I've set up 1 or 2 ecommerce stores before (one shopify and one 3dcart). While those platforms are solid, they were slow for me. I'd like to spend no more than a day and get a full store setup for validation and testing.

Thoughts?

I'm thinking a wordpress plug in like wp-commerce or woocommerce and just 1 to 6 products should meet the 1 day setup requirements.
