Hi guys

I started a new dropshipping website for tennis supplies, tried to use facebook ads already spent around $40 but haven't got even 1 conversion.

I did create 2 ads to see which one converts more, none of them did.

I got around 400 unique visitors, out of these 6 people added stuff to their cart but no one purchased.

Any advice or facebook ads tips will be highly appreciated :)

Doing the maths on that, you got 400 visitors for $40? That's only $0.10/click - so I'm going to take a stab and say you're targeting a pretty broad range of countries, and not super-specific on your targeting?

Tier 1 countries, but it is pretty targeted, like people who bought tennis supplies online recently and such.

Cold sales are hard man. You might need to retarget your abandon carts; or these days you really need to create a lead magnet to build some trust and gather up a list you can market to.

I'd recommend listening to the Perpetual Traffic Podcast, by Digital Marketer, it's solid.

Well why would someone buy more tennis supplies if they have already purchased them??? Am I stupid or am I missing the point as well?

From my point of view I would target people who are interested in tennis or who are interested in outdoor sports, (but not professionally?)

Spend WAY more if you really want to be in this niche and aren't just searching for products, you are have a lot of work ahead. Assuming your ads are good, I'd spend more time on your site than on the FB.

Google Analytics
Any Screen Recording software like inspectlet
FB Tracking Pixels for each part of the funnel
Split test different pages and multivariate test the best.

You are just at the beginning. Data will make it profitable. Have to actually be collecting useful data or are just money is just being burned.

$40 really isn't much spend, especially if your items are at all pricy.

Keep testing ads(angles, ad copy, images, targeting. Lots to test here so you will need to spend more.), retarget visitors, send emails to abandoned carts.
