Hello. My idea is to build a website that is powerful all over the world where there will be job offers from those portals that agree to pay for publishing their ads. In the beginning it would be for free but if the site would become famous, they would pay, for example, for one redirect to their side, some money. I lack knowledge about the creation of such websites, I have no knowledge at all. I just come out of the assumption that I will succeed ... I just do not know how to go about it ...
