Hi Fastlaners,
I was looking for niches to use the IceCreamKids process(audience first strategy), and because I read a lot of stuff by @biophase one of the niches I was interested in was e-commerce.
I looked for trends for e-commerce in India and it's growing and will continue to grow.
why India?
I live here.
I have more trust than a foreign guy.
Low competition.
Cheap Talent.
Huge customer base.
cons:
low margin(subjective)
why now?
4 years ago we got ultra-cheap 4g, after demonetization people were becoming open to online transactions(we use to do COD everything before that).
I started Looking for successful e-commerce companies, and my god there was so few or were huge(but recently started, not talking about big guns).
also people are spending money online, talking about spending behaviour(on youtube,.. etc ), which we were not doing 6 years ago.
There is an opportunity here if anyone wants to start their e-commerce/digital store.
P.S. I don't know what to do? If you could help me with that would be great.
