I run my business out of my home.

My next door door neighbor just told me he is thinking about selling and moving out of state. So my brain starts clicking and the thought of either me or my company buying his house to run my business out of (all Internet based so there won't be any neighborhood issues and I already run my company out of this neighborhood). I could put most of my equipment over there and free up a bedroom to make the wife happy, I could actually walk over there and work and again make my wife happy. Not sure which would be better to own it myself and have the company rent it from me, or have the company (a C corp) own it. With the housing market down, seems like I could take advantage of the lower pricing and I could afford a 15 year mortgage on it.

Any thoughts, recommendations, things I might not be thinking about?
