Hello,

I have a new product I am going to be having manufactured, then sold via online and supplying to businesses.

Do I need an EIN? I have looked at the checklist for getting one, and I do not fall under those, but I see a lot of people getting them.

Also, do I need to register as an LLC or can I just register a DBA as a sole proprietor?

Just asking for personal experiences/opinions.
